Eine tolle Unterkunft. Die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Durch die Galerie in der Wohnung wirkt alles ganz offen. Eine super große Terrasse, auf der man in der Sonne oder im Schatten den Tag genießen kann. Die Liegen waren sehr gemütlich. Es fehlte nichts an Ausstattung. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, ebenso in den Schlafzimmern. Das Wohnzimmer hatte einen großen Esstisch und ein gemütliches Sofa. Wenn man aus der Wohnung auf die Straße kommt befinden sich dort gleich 3 Supermärkte. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Hafen umgeben von Restaurants. Immer wieder gerne! Die Abwicklung mit den Buchungsdetails war sehr entspannt und leicht verständlich. Bei Rückfragen wurde in wenigen Stunden geantwortet und sofort geholfen.

Bienvenidos a este precioso apartamento para 2 personas, situado a sólo 140 metros de la playa del Port de Sóller.
La terraza de este bonito apartamento es el rincón perfecto para pasar un rato apacible y en calma con los suyos. Con un toque muy veraniego y decorada con mucho gusto, les invita a disfrutar de un rato al sol, de una lectura interesante y de un exquisito desayuno o un aperitivo bajo el cañizo antes de pasar adentro a deleitarse con un buen banquete. Sin embargo, lo mejor de todo es que tienen la playa a sólo unos minutos a pie, ¡así que disfruten siempre que quieran de un buen día de playa! Hay vecinos directos ya que se encuentra en el pueblo.
La vivienda cuenta con dos alturas de estancias amplias y muy cómodas. En la planta principal tienen una gran sala de estar, -con un sofá, televisión y aire acondicionado-, abierta a la zona de comedor y a la cocina, -equipada con encimera de inducción-. Subiendo unas escaleras de caracol acceden a la planta superior. En ella se encuentran las dos habitaciones con cama de matrimonio y aire acondicionado. Una de ellas dispone además de espacio para cuna y trona, un vestidor y balcón. Respecto a los baños, hay dos en la casa, uno abajo con ducha y el otro arriba con bañera. La lavadora, la plancha y tabla de planchar están en la terraza. Tengan en cuenta que para acceder a la vivienda tienen que subir unas escaleras desde la calle; éstas dan acceso directo al salón.
El Port de Sóller es un puerto natural, localizado en la Sierra de Tramuntana, con un encanto muy especial. Es ideal para los amantes de la naturaleza, de las montañas, el verde y también de la playa, ya que está a solamente 140 metros. También es el pueblo perfecto si les gustan los bares, restaurantes y heladerías a pie de mar, ya que pueden comer mientras contemplan los barcos. Y en Sóller pueden coger el tren histórico e ir a Palma de Mallorca, un viaje maravilloso pasando valles verdes, montañas y pintorescos pueblos.

Description / photos are accurate. Previous reviews described a bad smell / cleanliness but this was not the case during our stay. Was clean and no smell. Easy walk to nearby restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets, beach & Tram to Sóller. Access was easy and simple. Port de Soller is a dream so location here is convenient to walk anywhere and even though you don’t have views of the port , I felt this was fairly reflected in the price. Only thing it’s missing is the view but that was clear pre booking.
Ver más Das Apartment ist super zentral gelegen und dabei ruhig. Es ist großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die große Dachterrasse tut gut nach einem aktiven Tag. Einiges Manko: die Küche ist nicht wirklich sauber, was auch schon von anderen beanstandet wurde. Hier wäre Veränderung prima. Und aus den Abflüssen im Bad kommt öfter übler Kanalisationsgeruch. Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit dort.
Ver más Fabulous location, great apartment, very clean, the sun-beds on balcony looked new and were very comfortable. Only a couple of small issues, the key was quite difficult to get used too, had trouble unlocking the door until someone passing by showed us the knack! Also the shower room smelt of sewage, we didn’t report it though so it was our fault it was not addressed. Would definitely stay again, if smell in shower room has been rectified.

Der Gastgeber hat auf all unsere Anfragen sofort reagiert, die Kommunikation lief problemlos.Es ist sehr schwer, einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Die Terasse geht auf eine Art Hinterhof, der Ausblick ist nicht besonders schön. Leider kein Meer- oder zumindest Stadtblick.

Even if the apartment is in the pedestrian street it is very quiet in the apartment which has this large terasse. Inside the aircondition worked well in the very modern design apartment. The walk to restaurants and the beach is literally only 1-2 minutes - so we would consider coming back again.
