Es war wirklich eine wunderschöne Woche. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene mit 2 Babies und hatten super viel Platz. Besonders schön war es, dass wir immer frische Orangen und Zitronen ernten konnten. Die Aussicht und die Gegend sind malerisch. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Die charmante Finca befindet sich im Ort Biniaraix, im Soller-Tal und am Fuße des Tramuntanagebirges. Hier finden 6 Gäste ein zweites Zuhause.
In diesem schönen Haus können Sie nicht nur die frische Bergluft genießen, sondern auch Ihren eigenen 8 m x 4 m großen Swimmingpool. Die Tiefe variiert von 1,4 m bis 1,9 m und das Wasser ist Salzwasser. Auf einer der sechs Sonnenliegen können Sie das süße Nichtstun genießen. Die Terrasse ist ideal für ein ausgiebiges Abendessen unter einem klaren Sternenhimmel. Je nach Jahreszeit können Sie frische Orangen aus dem kleinen Obstgarten pflücken.
Die Eigentümer haben viel Liebe in die Dekoration des Hauses investiert. Im Wohnzimmer können Sie am Holzofen lesen, Musik hören oder einen Film im Satellitenfernsehen ansehen. Die Küche mit Gasherd lässt keine Wünsche offen. Neben der Küche befindet sich das Esszimmer mit Terrassenblick und ideal für ein ausgiebiges Mahl mit der Familie. Vom Esszimmer aus gelangen Sie in die Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.
Zwei Doppelbettschlafzimmer und ein Einzelbettschlafzimmer in der ersten Etage laden zum Träumen ein. Auf derselben Etage gibt es ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein Duschbad; ein Gäste-WC liegt im Erdgeschoss. In dieser Finca können Sie sowohl Ihren Sommer- als auch Ihren Winterurlaub verbringen, da Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnbereich sowie Zentralheizung vorhanden sind.
Die Finca befindet sich im kleinen, charmanten Ort Biniaraix und hat ein paar direkte Nachbarn. Der Ort ist ein beliebter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, z.B. nach Cuber oder auf den Coll de Ofre. Eine Wanderung durch das Gebirge bringt Ihnen eine andere, ruhige Seite Mallorcas näher. Der nächste Sandstrand befindet sich in Puerto de Sóller und in den Bergen versteckt liegen zahlreiche kleine Felsbuchten, u.a. Port des Canonge, Llucalcari, Cala Deià und die berühmte Bucht Sa Calobra.
In wenigen Kilometern erreichen Sie Soller. Der Ort ist für die Barrockkirche auf dem Hauptplatz bekannt. Mit der Straßenbahn kann man in den Hafen fahren und dort an den Strand gehen, einkaufen oder in einem der Restaurants mediterrane Küche probieren. Des weiteren haben Sie die Möglichkeit, mit der alten Bahn nach Palma zu fahren, vorbei an grünen Tälern, Bergen und kleinen Dörfern. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall nötig.

30 Gäste haben diese Unterkunft bewertet. The house is set in a beautiful location and just a 20-25 minute walk to Soller. It is challenging to access the property parking spot, the road is extremely narrow. The house is beautiful but on closer inspection lacking some maintenance and love.
Mehr sehen La situation : gîte très calme, dans une petite rue, situé à 300 mètres de Biniaraix (bar et restaurant) et à un gros kilomètre de Soller (tous commerces, chouette ville très vivante, facilement accessible à pied par une route fréquentée mais sans excès). Beaux espaces de vie (grand salon, belles chambres, plusieurs salles d'eau...), piscine agréable (un peu froide fin octobre, mais accessible), cuisine bien équipée, wi-fi performant, chambres propres (matelas un peu durs, mais c'est une question de goût), parking, belle vue sur les montagnes, etc... En gros, rien à redire sur les équipements. Une chose à savoir : nous n'avons rencontré personne durant notre séjour. Un mail avec les instructions, et les codes, et le tour est joué. C'est donc très simple, et un peu impersonnel...

Super fint hus med smuk udsigt og sol det meste af dagen. Liggende i roligt kvarter med et et lille torv med hyggelig cafe/bar lige om 100m fra huset. Rigtig godt hvis man er nede for, at cykle, rigtig god ruter lige udenfor døren. Absolut ikke sidste gang vi er der.

The property is in a beautiful location, the views are stunning and we never got board of the mountains. It is only a short walk to Soller, and not a steep climb, so very pram friendly for anyone with children. There is a fantastic restaurant a 5 minute walk up the hill, perfect for an afternoon drink or evening meal. The property is an excellent size, lots of space to spread out and we enjoyed using the outdoor space every day. There a couple of things that can be improved. There was no lock on the pool gate, we ended up making something to stop our 2 year old from getting near the pool without us present. There were no instructions for the kitchen appliances. When we called the service team, they had out of date information where the appliances had been updated. The kitchen has an induction hob, but nearly all the pans don’t work on an induction hob. I would suggest the owners review their appliances and remove pans that are not compatible to avoid future confusion. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to friends. Also I noted when I was looking at previous reviews, there was some concern about parking a big car, we had a 7 seater Dacia lodgy and had no problem getting it down the lane or parking it on the driveway.

It’s rural location, spacious, well equipped and beautiful views. The lounge was sparse and not cosy. High Chair provided was not adequate as had no straps.

The villa is located in Biniariax, 20 min walk to Soller, a beautiful place with lots of shops and restaurants. The villa itself is well located and has lots of walks from the doorstep. The quality of villa, kitchen utensils, heating system, bed linen and towels was great! Instructions are very clear, checkin is very straightforward via a secure box. So you can arrive anytime. Outdoors you have a pool and a beautiful orange/lemon garden with sweetest and juiciest oranges! Lots of space both inside and outside with the beautiful view of mountains! We had an amazing week in the villa and can't thank the owners enough!

Fußläufig zum Zentrum Soller, sowie nach Biniairax, bester Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist sehr schön, die Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. La moindre demande est rapidement traitée par l'agence et le propriétaire pour des vacances en toute tranquillité.

Can Altes is a fantastic location from which to enjoy the less "touristy" Mallorca. The accomodation is well equiped, very comfortable and great for those days when you just want to relax by the pool and not be bothered with the crowds. Soller is an easy 20 minutes walk and has some good retaurants and bars. There is a restaurant on the walk into Soller, Bar Molino, that serves excellent food. As someone else has mentioned, the road down to the accomodation is quite narrow, we hired a Renault Captur and it was a tight squeeze and needed a bit of shuffling if you got the angle wrong. We liked it so much here that we are hoping to stay again at some point.
Mehr sehen Wir waren vor vier oder fünf Jahren schon einmal Anfang Oktober in diesem Haus. Und sind wiedergekommen, weil es uns dort so gefallen hat. Durch die Lage hat man absolute Privatsphäre, es ist sehr ruhig, den Plaza erreicht man nach einem schönen Spaziergang nach ca. 20 min, in die Berge kann man direkt loswandern, der Pool ist sehr sauber und man blickt von dort direkt auf die Berge, sechs Personen haben ausreichend Platz.

We had a great time here, the house was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. The pool was lively and the pictures were completely accurate. All I would say is that a wee handbook with instructions on a few things would have been useful. For example we couldn't find the light switch for the outside lights and so couldn't turn them off (until a gardener did but without showing us where the switch was!) Other than that it was great and really good value for money :) thank you very much. The gadgets in the kitchen (Nespresso machine!) Garden, pool, slide for kids a few toys! The house needs a small booklet to give a basic map of the local roads for walking to town and around the area, and to explain the house systems including the heating, hot water and lighting. - so many light switches for outside!.
Mehr sehen The house has three lovely bedrooms, all very comfortable beds, with wardrobe and storage space. Showers good. The lounge is large and comfortable, a spacious well equipped kitchen and conservatory too for cooking and eating. Plenty of space outside to sit together to eat and relax day and night with three areas of seating, and sunloungers next to an enclosed pool area, (useful for families with small children).We used the pool, rather chilly in April, but great for cooling off. It will be fantastic in the summer.The garden pretty and well kept, with a little orchard too. Its a small lane to drive down, so a smaller car is better, but the electronic gateway allows easy access. (be aware, the house name is different from the trip advisor title). It is situated close to Biniaraix, which has a great little cafe and is the start of the Barranc de Biniaraix, an adventurous walking trail up into the mountains, wonderful views! We loved Ecovinyassa, the wonderful little organic citrus farm around the corner. The house is an enjoyable 20 minute walk from the lovely town of Soller, (plenty of cafes there) with the incredible Tramuntana mountains behind the house lit up by the sunset, and the scent of orange blossom all around, you cannot want for a more relaxing and happy time.The owner was very helpful with our queries, and we really appreciated the welcome baskets including their own grown oranges, lemons and grapefruits!(like no other!) We suggest a small booklet of information to help visitors- basic map, house info etc, but any enquiry was responded to quickly. Many thanks, wonderful!
