The history of Homerti started with the idea of three friends in their thirties from sa Pobla, a small rural village in the interior of Mallorca. Antoni Carbonell, Joan Miquel Company and Josep Miquel Arrom are a computer engineer, a hotel industry entrepreneur and a lawyer respectively who know that more and more tourists are looking for genuine, authentic Mallorcan houses as an alternative to the traditional beach hotel.
Antoni, Miquel and Josep combine their three passions: technological innovation, law and hospitality. Everything with a single objective in mind: to give the best service to the client. Thus, the three of them devise together the best way to professionalise the world of vacation rental to the maximum and design a project that allows homeowners to rent their properties within the law and with total security and guarantees; and visitors to stay safely.
Nowdays, the three partners lead a multidisciplinary team of more than 70 professionals specialised in the complete management of vacation rentals.
