This beautiful apartment with shared pool and very close to the sea in Calahonda can accommodate 4+2 people.
The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the southern climate. In the well-kept communal gardens you will find a shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 15x8m and a depth range between 0.9 and 2m. There is also a children's pool for the little ones. Around the pool there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing. Please note that, being located in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

The interior of the apartment, tastefully decorated, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The spacious living room, with AC and Smart TV, is perfect to extend your evenings. The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms, both with AC. One has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. Up to two people can rest on the sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with bathtub serves the apartment. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and high chair.

The resort of this apartment is located in the residential, familiar and quiet area of Calahonda (Mijas) and offers beautiful views of the sea, which is just a few meters from your accommodation. In fact, Playa de la Luna, one of the quietest beaches in the area, is only about 40 meters away, although you can visit other nearby beaches such as Playa Cabopino or Playa Riviera. The area has all the necessary services for an independent stay. In addition, the nearby golf courses or amusement parks ensure you a different day of fun.

The swimming pool will be open from June to October from 10am to 9pm.
