Within a virgin natural environment, this beautiful summer house in Ses Covetes offers 8 guests the possibility to enjoy the countryside and the sea at the same time, since the beach is only 1.5 km away.
The garden is a true natural paradise, remarkable for its lush greenery, beauty and vibrant atmosphere. It makes any moment perfect for enjoying time together, whether having breakfast on the porch or soaking up the sun on one of the loungers. The property is fenced and offers complete privacy, despite having neighbours nearby.

The accommodation is divided between two separate buildings: the main house and a charming, well-maintained annexe. Inside the main house, the rooms are spacious and decorated in a traditional Mallorcan style. The living-dining room features satellite TV and air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans throughout the main house to provide a pleasant feeling of freshness. Radiators are also available for the cooler months. The gas kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to cook just as you would at home. It also has a table and chairs and direct access to the outdoor area. For a good night’s rest, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe and fan. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The annexe has a more modern style and features an open-plan area combining the living-dining room and the kitchen, which has a gas hob and is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe, as well as a full bathroom with a shower. A portable standing fan is provided, so you can move it wherever you need it. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide up to two cots and two high chairs.

Ses Covetes is a very peaceful coastal area and a stay here would not be complete without visiting the stunning, idyllic beach of Es Trenc, located just 1.5 km from the property. There you can enjoy a refreshing drink at one of the beach bars before or after a long day swimming in crystal-clear waters. There are also beautiful little coves nearby that are well worth discovering, including those around Colonia de Sant Jordi. This town is also an excellent place to sample Mallorcan cuisine or fresh fish in its restaurants and to pick up anything you may need during your stay.
