During the cooler months, you can also make use of the spacious adjoining room, complete with a fireplace and kitchen, allowing you to enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings in comfort all year round.

Set across two floors, the interior of the house offers generous, welcoming spaces designed for a comfortable stay. The living room features air conditioning, a television and a fireplace that creates a warm and homely atmosphere. Opening directly onto the living room, the dining area is ideal for enjoying leisurely meals together, while the kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, provides a practical space for preparing your favourite dishes. The house has five bedrooms, all furnished with double beds, as well as three bathrooms: one with a bathtub and two with showers. One of the shower rooms is located outside, making it particularly convenient on pool days. For added practicality, there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a cot is also available for guests travelling with a baby.

The area of Campanet, set at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, offers a peaceful rural setting, perfect for enjoying nature and discovering the authentic side of Mallorca. Nearby attractions include the Coves de Campanet, the Fonts Ufanes – a spectacular natural phenomenon that occurs after periods of heavy rainfall – and the charming hermitage of Sant Miquel. The village itself retains all the character of traditional Mallorcan life, with picturesque streets, a welcoming main square and a good selection of restaurants serving local cuisine. The beautiful sandy beaches of Alcúdia and Playa de Muro, with their clear waters, are around a 25-minute drive away. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the courses at Pollença and Alcanada, while the surrounding hiking and cycling routes are a wonderful way to explore the landscapes of the Tramuntana mountains. The historic towns of Pollença and Alcúdia are also well worth a visit, particularly for their lively traditional markets.
