This fantastic country house, with private pool, welcomes 4+2 people in Llucmajor.
Take a refreshing dip in the 10 x 5 metres private salted pool which has a depth between 1.1 and 1.8 metres. Enjoy the sun and the great Mediterranean weather on one of the sunbeds or take a vermouth in the seating area by the house. At the other side of the house you can also take a cup of coffee under the awning while admiring the countryside views. You can also prepare a delicious barbecue for dinner. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The house features a simple, modern design with rustic touches that create the peaceful atmosphere needed to feel right at home. The entrance hall, accessed from the terrace, leads into the spacious living-dining room, where guests can relax on the comfortable sofas and enjoy views of the swimming pool after sharing a meal together. The modern kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and oven, as well as its own dining area. There is also another cosy lounge where guests can watch satellite TV, with channels available in English only. The house has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a fan and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second has two single beds, a wardrobe and a fan, while the third bedroom includes a sofa bed for two people. This last bedroom also provides access to the house’s second bathroom, which is also fitted with a bathtub. A cot and a high chair are available for a baby, as well as a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

This house is located in Llucmajor, where you will find all services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and a great street market to buy local products on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The nearest beach is Sa Ràpita / Es Trenc, where you will revel in the turquoise waters and the fine sand. If you like golf, the nearest course is only 13.8 km away.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
