Start each morning with a Mediterranean breakfast to recharge your batteries before spending a long morning sunbathing on the lawn or the loungers and swimming in the private chlorine pool, measuring 8 x 4 metres and ranging from 0.9 to 1.9 metres in depth. The porch is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious barbecue. For added convenience, there is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower. The plot is fully fenced and offers complete privacy.

The interior is arranged over two floors and welcomes you into a rustic-style living and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the utensils you need to cook comfortably. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom with a shower. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. Upstairs, you will find a lounge where you can watch the Smart TV or listen to music, along with two further bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with a double bed. A full bathroom with a shower serves this floor. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a wardrobe where you can store your belongings. In addition, if you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

The location of this house is perfect if you love the countryside, the nature, the peace and the sea at the same time, since this is located just 6 km from the town of Alcudia and 6 km from Puerto de Alcudia. The coastal area offers all kinds of services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc. Alcanada, about 10.2 km away, boasts one of the best golf courses in the island.
