Welcome to this cosy farm in the quiet fields of Ariany. It has capacity for 4 guests and an incredible private pool with beautiful views over the island.
After an entertaining excursion around the island, you can relax and cool off in the beautiful salt water pool that measures 10 x 5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1.05 to 1.75 meters. The house has a comfortable porch where you can rest or enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and there're neighbours nearby.
This is a one-storey house. The main room is the living room - kitchen - dining room with AC, TV-sat and a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and AC and the other with twin beds. The bathroom of the house features a shower. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.
Ariany is a village of great Mallorcan character and charm. It offers basic services for an independent stay and is also an excellent starting point to get to know the whole island: the northern beaches such as Can Picafort, 16 km away; the mountain range to the west or the capital, Palma, 50 km from the property.
The upper floor of the house is not available.

Rien à redire de la maison. Elle est dans un endroit au calme en pleine nature. La maison est vraiment agréable à vivre. Elle est parfaite pour une famille de 4. Le logement était impeccable autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. La piscine est très jolie et grande. Nous reviendrons sûrement. L’agence est top. Ils ont su répondre rapidement à toutes mes demandes. Très professionnel. Les instructions sont claires pour l’arrivée et le départ.
Nothing to complain about the house. It is in a quiet place surrounded by nature. The house is really pleasant to live in. It is perfect for a family of 4. The accommodation was impeccable both inside and out. The swimming pool is very pretty and large. We will surely come back. The agency is great. They were able to respond quickly to all my requests. Very professional. Instructions are clear for arrival and departure.

A lovely, very comfortable villa with all amenities. Set in a quiet location in the country but not far from anything. Car required. Suitable for couples or families upto 4. Local villages are just lovely, quiet with community squares with bars/restaurants. Will return. We hired a car for the two weeks at the airport. Worked perfectly. Only venture into the mountains if you are a confident driver. Well worth doing if you are, the scenery and views are just stunning.

I liked: Acojedora y preciosa casita en un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar y relajarse. Casa totalmente equipada para pasar unos dias en familia, no hechamos nada en falta y estaba muy limpia. Todo en su sitio, detalles muy cuidados y mimados, se nota la buena manutencion de todo el espacio interior y exterior. Zona exterior muy relajante y tranquila con buen jardin. Preciosa zona de barbacoa exterior muy comoda. Porche magnifico para desayunar, comer o cenar, incluso relajarse a la sombra. Y la joya de la estancia, la preciosa piscina exterior, grande y limpia, soleada todo el dia, donde disfrutamos la mayoria de las horas en familia.I did not like: Nada que destacar, totalmente aconsejable, volveriamos sin dudarlo.
I liked: Cozy and beautiful little house in a very quiet place to rest and relax. Fully equipped house to spend a few days with the family, we didn't miss anything and it was very clean. Everything in its place, very careful and pampered details, you can see the good maintenance of the entire interior and exterior space. Very relaxing and quiet outdoor area with a good garden. Beautiful outdoor barbecue area, very comfortable. Magnificent porch for breakfast, lunch or dinner, even relaxing in the shade. And the jewel of the stay, the beautiful outdoor pool, large and clean, sunny all day, where we enjoyed most of the hours with the family. I did not like: Nothing to highlight, totally advisable, we would return without hesitation.

I liked: The villa was perfect we loved all the outdoor space, the pool was amazing. We loved it so much we have already booked to return next year. The company who managers the house were very helpful throughout our stay and resolved any issues we had. I did not like: The kitchen is quite tight with the washing machine and dishwasher in an awkward space. It would be good if they were in the outdoor kitchen.

Fantastische woning met heerlijk zwembad I liked: Het is een heerlijke woning met alle voorzieningen die je je maar kan bedenken. Het zwembad is heerlijk met een prachtig uitzicht. Alles was super schoon en verzorgd. I did not like: De bedden waren helaas niet erg comfortabel met een plastic onderlaken wat zorgde voor broeierige nachten en lawaai bij iedere beweging. Dit mag beter.

Everything was super clean and cared for. I did not like: The beds were unfortunately not very comfortable with a plastic bottom sheet which made for sultry nights and noise with every movement. This could be better.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Das sehr schöne Haus ,nicht luxuriös, aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Toller Pool und geniale Aussicht. Waren jetzt zum zweitenmal dort, die Gegend, Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle zeitnah zu erreichen. Bei drei Wochen Aufenthalt wäre eine Zwischenreinigung nicht schlecht, ggf. nur neue Bettwäsche.
We were very happy with our accommodation. The very nice house, not luxurious, but very lovingly furnished, very clean and equipped with everything you need. Great pool and brilliant view. Were there for the second time now, the area, beaches and sights can all be reached in a timely manner. If you're staying for three weeks, an interim cleaning wouldn't be a bad idea, maybe just new bed linen.

In dieser Finca hatten wir ein Urlaub wie wir Ihn uns erträumt haben. Einfach perfekt. Alles ist top gepflegt und wie beschrieben. Wir waren völlig ungestört und haben besonders den Garten und Poolbereich mit seiner tollen Aussicht genossen.
In this finca we had a holiday like we dreamed of. Simply perfect. Everything is well maintained and as described. We were completely undisturbed and particularly enjoyed the garden and pool area with its great views.
